Cancellations
CESSCO Inc will process every order as quickly as possible, usually within one business day. We will always work with our customers to cancel any order at your request as economically as possible for all parties involved.
Information we will need to Cancel your order:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- A declarative statement that you wish to cancel the order.

What happens when you Cancel your order:
If the order has not shipped: CESSCO Inc. will cancel the order and refund you 100% of your payment. UPS Schedules freight pickup from CESSCO inc. at 1:30pm Pacific Time.
If the item has been shipped:
You may "Refuse Delivery" from UPS. In this case UPS will return the item(s) to CESSCO Inc. for a refund
(less freight).
If you have accepted the item, the sale is complete.
Returns and Refunds
- You may still return the item under our Return Policy if the following applies:
- The item must be returned to CESSCO, Inc. within 30 days of receipt of shipment - Date verified by UPS Delivery Confirmation.
- All items should be shipped "Signature Required."
- The item is still in a "New" condition.
- Used items are NOT eligible for return but the Manufacturer's Warranty may apply.

Upon approval, CESSCO Inc. will:
Credit the purchase method (i.e. CESSCO Account, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal), less the restocking fee.
RESTOCKING FEES WILL APPLY
25% restocking fee when customer paid freight
30% restocking fee on all items shipped "FREE Ground"
