Unless otherwise stated, most items ship Free Ground Freight within the continental United States (lower 48). Some small items may ship via USPS Priority Mail, at CESSCO's discretion.
ABOUT FREE SHIPPING...
When you add an item eligible for Free Ground Shipping in your shopping cart, you will need to select the Free Ground Shipping option at checkout. There will be other options, for expedited shipping, as well as paying for Ground Freight if you are outside the free freight parameters (Only the Lower 48 US States are eligible for free ground freight). Make sure you click the button for Free Ground Freight. You may have to scroll up or down a bit to see the Free Ground Freight option.
If you see an unexpected freight charge as you are checking out, please stop and call CESSCO at 800-882-4959.
Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as expedited freight charges are calculated at checkout based on dimensional weight and location. CESSCO is only set up to allow shipments to the 50 United States and Canada. No orders to US possessions or territories will be accepted via the web site.
International Orders orders are not accepted online. Please Contact Internet Sales to check on the possibility of international inquiries.

Use the provided UPS map to estimate delivery times. Routine orders shipped via Free Ground are usually shipped from our Kent, Washington location on same day when the order is placed before 1:00PM (PT)
Priority order placed after 1:00PM and before 3:30PM (Pacific Time zone applies) may be shipped (when in stock) from our Portland Location, usually on the same day.
It is recommended that you call prior to placing any RUSH order to ensure availability.
Transit Days are UPS normal business days and do not include weekends or UPS-observed holidays.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All orders are shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Tracking will be posted as soon as available. Please check delivery date to be available for receipt of your item(s). If someone is not present, the driver will not leave the package.
NOTE: Most items are delivered via UPS. If someone is not there to sign for the package, the UPS driver has the option of sending the package on to a local UPS Access Point where you will need to pick up the package, often available later the same day. The driver should leave a notification of the UPS Access Point location. Use the tracking number to determine when the package is available for you to retrieve. Going to the Access Point prior to confirming package availability may result in a wasted trip. Only CESSCO (the Shipper) is Authorized to change delivery on any shipment, and this may result in an additional charge.
Small eligible for Free Ground Freight may be shipped USPS Priority Mail at the discretion of CESSCO Inc. Tracking numbers will be posted or emailed to the address supplied at the time the order is placed, usually within 24 hours of shipping.
ITEMS OVER 150LBS - OFFLOAD EQUIPMENT OR $35 LIFT-GATE REQUIREMENT
Items weighing over 150 pounds will be shipped via motor freight. If you do not have offload equipment, a $35 lift-gate delivery needs to be arranged and purchased BEFORE delivery. Lift-gate is not included in "free ground freight" pricing. Motor freight tracking will include the web site of the freight carrier and the PRO tracking number. Please check delivery date to be available for receipt of your item(s). If someone is not present, the driver will not leave the item(s).
If you ordered expedited shipping and have not received a tracking number, call CESSCO at 1-800-882-4959 and ask for Internet Sales to obtain tracking.
Only products advertising "FREE Ground Freight" include FREE ground shipping in the advertised price. FREE Ground Freight is defined as "within the Continental U.S. - Lower 48."
CESSCO INC. reserves the right to charge freight to select Continental U.S. locations. Some remote areas within the Continental U.S. may not be eligible for FREE freight. Should this apply to your purchase, CESSCO INC. will give you the opportunity to agree to the freight charge, or cancel your purchase.
UPS will deliver freight up to 150 Lbs. For larger Items, CESSCO INC. will contract a common carrier for your delivery. Common Carriers are not required to offload equipment, and therefore if you do not have the necessary equipment to unload a pallet from a truck, you will need to purchase "LiftGate Service."
